Julia Berube

Julia is the Clinical Receptionist at IVY Integrative. Originally from Maine, Julia has always been passionate about movement, health, and connection. Growing up, she excelled in soccer and track, which sparked her lifelong interest in wellness and the mind-body connection.

She earned her degree in Sport Management with a minor in Communication from the University of New Hampshire and has since combined her love for holistic health, marketing, and photography in her professional path. At IVY Integrative, Julia enjoys being part of a team that empowers patients to take a proactive, natural approach to their health and well-being.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys staying active through pickleball, golf, and soccer. She finds balance in time spent outdoors, whether wake surfing on the lake, relaxing at the beach, hiking, reading, practicing yoga, or lifting weights. Since relocating to Charlotte last June, she’s loved exploring her new community alongside her boyfriend. Family is at the heart of her life, and she treasures her close relationship with her older sister, a dedicated teacher and math tutor.
