Heather Leander

Heather Leander serves as IVY Integrative’s Montessori-Inspired Child Watch Coordinator, bringing a warm, nurturing presence and a deep love for supporting children and families. Originally from Hampton, Virginia, she now calls the Carolinas home, where she enjoys raising her two young daughters.

A Registered Radiologic Technologist since 2015, Heather transitioned into full-time motherhood after having children and discovered a passion for early childhood development, homeschooling, and creating enriching environments where children can learn, explore, and thrive. She is excited to bring that passion to life through IVY Integrative’s Child Watch program, helping families prioritize their own wellness while knowing their children are being cared for in a safe, engaging, and Montessori-inspired setting.

Heather's experience working with children spans a variety of settings, including medical offices, preschools, church nurseries, and Awana programs. Combined with her natural enthusiasm for teaching and nurturing young minds, she is dedicated to creating a positive and meaningful experience for every child who enters our space.

Outside of IVY, Heather enjoys gardening, spending time in nature, cooking, baking sweet treats, and being actively involved in her church community. She also loves staying active through pickleball, rollerblading, and exercise. Her appreciation for holistic health and whole-person wellness aligns closely with IVY Integrative’s mission and values.

Having had the unique privilege of watching IVY Integrative grow from its earliest days, Heather is grateful to be part of its continued evolution. She looks forward to welcoming your little ones into our beautiful Child Watch space, giving you the opportunity to focus on your own health and well-being while they learn, play, and flourish.
