Our esthetician, Kelly DeFaria Bradley, brings nearly two decades of experience caring for skin in dermatology and medical spa settings. Her European-inspired approach emphasizes gentle, intentional treatment and education—helping you understand your skin and why it may be responding the way it is.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT AN ESTHETICS APPOINTMENT
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your skin, current routine, concerns, and goals. Your esthetician will assess your skin and use that information to determine which treatments and products are most appropriate for you.
Depending on your appointment, your treatment may include cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, massage, extractions, advanced exfoliation, or other personalized techniques.
Your treatment is always adapted to your skin's current condition and comfort level.
You'll also receive guidance for supporting your skin at home, because what you do between appointments is an important part of maintaining healthy skin.

Not necessarily. If you know which treatment you'd like, you can book directly. If you're unsure what your skin needs or are dealing with multiple concerns, a Comprehensive Skin Analysis is a great place to start.
How often should I get a facial?
The ideal frequency depends on your skin, goals, and treatment plan. Many clients benefit from professional skin care every 4–6 weeks, while others may need treatments more or less frequently.
Can children and teenagers receive esthetic treatments?
Yes. Kelly offers both Child Skin Wellness Treatments and Teen Facials with an age-appropriate, gentle approach. Parents receive practical guidance to support their child's skin at home.
Can you help me build a skin-care routine?
Absolutely. Personalized education is an important part of Kelly's approach. A Comprehensive Skin Analysis can help you understand what your skin needs and simplify your home routine.
Is microneedling right for me?
Microneedling isn't appropriate for everyone. Your skin and goals will be assessed before treatment to determine whether it is an appropriate option and whether a series is recommended.
What should I do before an advanced peel or treatment?
Preparation varies depending on the treatment and your skin. Your esthetician will provide specific pre- and post-treatment instructions to help support your skin and optimize your experience.
Do you offer waxing and sugaring?
Yes. Waxing and sugaring are available for individual areas or multiple areas. Pricing depends on the areas selected.
