Acupuncturist
Chinese Herbalist

FOCUS: Fertility • Perinatal • Pain • Chronic Conditions • Women's Health

Ashley is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She discovered acupuncture during a stressful time in her life, and found that it not only helped manage stress, but profoundly changed her concepts of health, wellness, and living fully. It made such an impact on her life that she left her work in refugee resettlement to pursue her master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

While her practice treats an array of conditions, Ashley specializes in acupuncture to treat infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum; aches, pains, and injury; chronic conditions such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis; migraines and headaches; women’s health, menstrual and menopausal issues; mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety; and insomnia. Ashley is dedicated to using Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to support each unique individual and to create the conditions for the body to heal itself.

Ashley received her Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia (Wahoowa!). She served in the Peace Corps in Mali. Prior to moving to Charlotte, Ashley had a successful acupuncture practice in Washington, DC. She finds joy in keeping up with her two boundlessly energetic children and converting her yard into a native garden for pollinators and wildlife. She is deeply honored to share the gifts and healing of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with others.
