Elena DiPerri

Elena DiPerri is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Nutritionist (LN), and holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. Elena provides medical nutrition therapy to optimize body systems using a food-first approach complemented by nutraceuticals. She also teaches her clients how to have a healthy relationship with food to avoid the binge and restriction cycles to achieve long-term, sustainable results.

After struggling for almost her entire life, Elena found relief and balance with nutrition. She is passionate about helping others with chronic fatigue, functional GI issues, reproductive health, PMS, PCOS, thyroid disorders, metabolic health, and more. Elena loves educating her clients through the healing process so they feel confident in understanding their body and how to feel nourished from all aspects of life.

After 10 years of working in the restaurant industry, she left her position as a pastry baker at Facebook Headquarters to join the fitness industry. During this time, she knew she was meant for more. This led her to enroll in the University of Bridgeport's Master of Science in Human Nutrition Program. Since completing the program in 2021, Elena has helped dozens of individuals heal their guts, balance their hormones, and feel well. Most importantly, she learned about the type of practitioner she wants to be – someone that is food inclusive and does not shame her clients, but rather educates and empowers them.

Elena currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her partner, 2 dogs (Brie and Bleu, after the cheeses), and cats, Phoebe and Monica (from Friends). When she is not healing guts and hormones, you can find her listening to music, trying new restaurants, or enjoying the outdoors!
