Mickey is the office manager for IVY Integrative and has made a career out of helping health and wellness start-ups become more established from the administrative and management perspective. She graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a B.S in Psychology and a concentration in neuroscience in 2018. She studied under a distinguished professor in neuroscience, Dr. Catherine Creeley and was social chair of the psychology club. Mickey was consistently referred to as the “out of the box thinker” amongst her colleagues and she has always taken pride in taking the road less traveled whether it be in her train of thought or in her course of action.

Mickey has always been fascinated with the mind and body connection and the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. She takes gratification in assisting practitioners in their patient-oriented goals and looks forward to helping people get accessibility to wellness and holistic services. Mickey is a 200 RYT and has taught yoga for the last 3 years. She loves the profound effect this discipline has on syncing the mind and body. Mickey plans to go back to school and continue her education in psychology and neuroscience but is enjoying working for a company that is deeply aligned to her desires and interests.

As the daughter of a special ops pararescue jumper who is a Bronze Star recipient for his heroic efforts in the Kosovo War with severe PTSD, Mickey has an innate passion for helping people repair their “spirit”. She has seen first hand the destruction war, addiction, and isolation can have on the human psyche and is pushing her way to the forefront of the mission of helping people overcome their traumas. Mickey has big dreams of one day owning and operating a holistic retreat center as she is passionate about helping others overcome childhood trauma and addictions. She hopes to create a collective and compound-like community where people who are struggling with their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health can come and connect with earth and animals adjunct to plant based medicines and fully embrace their potential energy and overcome the past.

In her free time Mickey enjoys yoga, reading, juicing, writing poetry, acting, restoring furniture, and anything creative as she feels it is the centerfold to healing from past trauma. She loves to learn and grow everyday alongside like-minded people and is happy to connect with anyone willing to listen and share.
