By harnessing her extensive training, experience, and knowledge in occupational therapy, she helps design customized wellness plans that span all aspects of life. Throughout the journey, she offers unwavering support and practical solutions, understanding that lifestyle changes need to be delivered in a way that is sustainable, consistent, and unique to each client's desires, values, and needs.
