Dr. Larissa Willner is a licensed Physical Therapist, Myofascial Release
Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Certified Exercise Physiologist. Larissa’s
mission is to empower individuals on their journey to whole-body wellness
through integrative physical therapy that honors the connection between
mind, body, and movement as medicine.

Her focus is utilizing a combination of Myofascial Release and guided
functional exercise for individuals experiencing chronic pain, and stored body
trauma. She treats a variety of conditions which includes but is not limited to
musculoskeletal injuries, TMJ, headaches, and all deficits of functional
mobility. Larissa has a passion for redefining how we approach healing and
holistic wellness, striving to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard,
and empowered to thrive. Larissa works with clients on an individual basis,
creating care that is personalized and intentional for each person to achieve
their physical wellness goals.

Larissa received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the
University of North Carolina Charlotte. While completing her bachelor degree
she became certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the American
College of Sports Medicine. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy
from Tufts University in Boston, MA.

Prior to obtaining her Doctorate, Larissa practiced as a licensed Physical
Therapist Assistant in North Carolina for 7+ years with a focus in Sports
Therapy. In 2018, Larissa obtained her Yoga certification through Yoga Alliance
and began teaching private yoga sessions. She enjoys incorporating key yoga
principals and manual therapy to promote improvement in posture, stability,
strength and balance.

Outside of the clinic, Larissa enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler and
their furbabies. She enjoys hiking, reading, drawing, traveling, attending
concerts, and supporting Tyler’s love of sports and the Arkansas Razorbacks!
