Kelly DeFaria Bradley, LE, is a licensed holistic aesthetician and integrative skin therapist in Charlotte, NC, with nearly two decades of experience caring for skin in dermatology offices and medical spa settings. Licensed as an aesthetician since 2015, Kelly combines advanced aesthetic treatment experience with a personalized, education-focused approach to skin health.

Her philosophy is rooted in a barrier-first approach to skincare, inspired by European skin care principles. Rather than immediately pursuing aggressive treatments, Kelly begins by understanding the skin and supporting its natural barrier. Calming irritation, restoring hydration, and establishing a thoughtful home skincare routine can create a stronger foundation for long-term skin health.

At IVY Integrative, Kelly provides individualized facials, exfoliation, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments, tailoring each treatment to the client's skin type, concerns, goals, and comfort level.
