What does it look like to work with a Personal Trainer?

During your initial appointment, your personal trainer will assess your levels of endurance, strength, and body mechanics. Together, you will set attainable fitness goals. In future appointments, your CPT will provide you with workout plans, strategies, and accountability. Your CPT can offer as much or as little guidance as you need including one-on-one sessions, group classes, online classes, and in-person sessions.

Strength and endurance plays a huge role in aging gracefully. Whether you are 18 or 94 years old, now is the perfect time to get a CPT on your team. Chat with us today!
