What is IV Therapy?
"IV Therapy" stands for "intravenous therapy", meaning vitamins, minerals, and/or medications are administered directly into the veins. Although we fully believe in a whole food diet to supply adequate nutrients and minerals, we acknowledge that our food is severely compromised and only 50% of ingested vitamins and minerals are actually absorbed. IV Therapy offers a peace-of-mind and extra "oomph" with its ability to bypass the digestive system and enter straight into the bloodstream.
What can IV Therapy do for you?
The list is endless.
While athletes and those looking for anti-aging regimes can see overnight benefits, some common conditions that suggest IV Therapy include:
Compromised immune systems (autoimmunity, family history of cancers)
Low energy levels
Migraines and headaches
What does it look like to get IV Therapy?
Arrive to your appointment ready to relax. Your registered nurse will set you up in a comfortable reclining position and administer your hand-crafted IV. After a small poke (typically at the elbow crease), you'll get time to relax and let the IV do its work. Once your IV bag is empty, your registered nurse will remove the needle. Now you can continue on with your day - confident that every bit of the administered nutrient/vitamin/medication is running happily through your veins.
That's it! No fuss. Simple and effective.
