what DOES IT LOOK LIKE TO WORK WITH AN RH?
Your initial appointment includes a range of questions to ensure your herbalist will make the correct medicinal formula for you. This includes making sure that the herbs chosen do not interfere with your current medications and are not contraindicated (ex: many herbs are contraindicated in pregnancy and specific anti-depressant medications).
After your initial appointment, your herbalist will recommend a personalized tincture (a strong herbal alcoholic-extraction), tea, or encapsulated herbal formula. Maintenance checkups are highly recommended to ensure health goals are being met and your herbal formula is fine-tuned as needed.
